Saturday, June 1 is Electric Day at the Boone & Scenic Valley Railroad & Museum. From 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM Charles City Western Car 50, and Chicago, South Shore, & South Bend 106 will both be in operation between our depot and downtown Boone. Why not make a day of it? Take a ride on our historic electric equipment, visit the James H. Andrew Railroad Museum, purchase a souvenir from the gift shop, and take a ride on our 1:30 PM or 4:00 PM Fraser Trains. All aboard!
