I have a gift card. Do I still need tickets?

Yes. Possession of a gift card does not mean that you have a seat aboard the train. You must call ahead to make reservations. Reserve early as some trains sell out very quickly. To make your reservation, call (515) 432-4249, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
