Boone & Scenic Valley Railroad Conductor John Dawkins, formerly a welder with the Chicago & North Western Railway (later the Union Pacific), has compiled some of his favorite recipes in this 30 page softcover cookbook. When he isn't volunteering at the railroad, John is a school crossing guard, Salvation Army volunteer, and a well known cook in the community. Some of the recipes he has included in his book are: Reuben Sandwiches, Ham Balls, Conductor's Chili, Mexican Layer Dip, as well as several desserts.
